Refund & Dispute Policy

1. What we sell

We sell digital products (PDF guides and digital bundles delivered as individual PDFs) for the video game Deadlock. There is no shipping.

2. Refunds (digital goods)

If you purchased a guide or bundle and believe it does not meet your expectations, contact us and we will review your request. Where applicable, we offer a 7-day practical guarantee: if you applied the guide and it did not provide a clearer improvement path, you can request a refund.

To request a refund, email support@deadlockparry.com with:

  • the email used at checkout
  • the product name (guide or bundle)
  • your reason for the request

3. Delivery / access issues

If you have trouble accessing your download after purchase, contact support@deadlockparry.com and we will help you get access.

4. Disputes and chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Bank disputes (chargebacks) can temporarily remove access while the case is reviewed. We will always try to solve issues in a fair and fast way.

5. Cancellation policy

Our products are one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscriptions, so no cancellation is required.
