§3 Registration and User Accounts

§6 Rights of the Operator

(1) parrylock.com is an independent fan project.

(2) The website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Valve Corporation.

(3) Deadlock and all related trademarks, game assets, and intellectual property are owned by Valve Corporation.

(4) References to the game or trademarks are used solely for descriptive purposes.

§12 Data Protection

(1) Information regarding the processing of personal data is provided in the website's Privacy Policy.

(2) The Privacy Policy forms an integral part of the use of the website and can be accessed at any time.

§13 Governing Law

(2) If the user is a merchant within the meaning of German commercial law, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered seat of the Operator.

§14 Severability Clause

(2) The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original provision.
