§3 Registration and User Accounts

(2) The website is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Valve Corporation.

(3) Deadlock and all related trademarks, game assets, and intellectual property are owned by Valve Corporation.

(4) References to the game or trademarks are used solely for descriptive purposes.

§12 Data Protection

§13 Governing Law

(1) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

§14 Severability Clause
